Mercy Housing has partnered with Related California and Sunnydale residents in transforming the community of Sunnydale to help young people succeed through safe spaces where they can thrive together.

Our goal for this project was to showcase the upcoming new affordable residence in the community, which will feature over 150 modern, spacious homes and a community-serving commercial space that will feature small businesses and healthcare centers.
